Race Site in Long Branch. 

Use 1 Madison Avenue, Long Branch NJ

for GPS and look to the North East for our tent.

Race day packet pick up is available to those who paid $10 during registration.

From 5:15- 6:30AM ONLY

If you have not yet paid and need to pick up on race day, please bring $10 and report to the Registration Tent

We can not handle same day packet pick up for all participants on race day and appreciate everyone's efforts to pick up their packet prior to race day.

PRE-RACE WALK-THROUGH: 6:00-6:30PM Friday Aug 2nd at the transition area.
We will be holding a "pre-race walk-through" to go through the steps of race-day/transition set-up as well as answer ANY last-minute questions you have about race day.

If there is ANYTHING you're unclear about or have last-minute questions, THIS is the time to ask.
We would also STRONGLY advise attending the previous week's 
Jersey Girl *MOCK* Tri | SWIM + BIKE + RUN | Saturday - July 27th.

There should be parking in the areas around the location or on the adjoining streets or there are lots located around the area (Pier Village is about a 5-minute walk & has hourly parking rates).

COACH BRIAN BIO:
o Brian Shea comes to us with a wealth of experience in endurance sports as an athlete, coach and consultant. He is the President & Head Coach/Consultant at PBN Coaching, Group Workout & Nutritionn & for over 25 years, has competed in all levels of endurance sports from 5K to Ultra-marathon to Ironman. 
o He has raced/won triathlons in the United States & abroad with multiple Ironman finishes including Ironman Hawaii with Personal Bests of:

5k - 15:54
Marathon - 2:49
Ironman - 9:31


o On the coaching side, Brian is a certified swimming, triathlon and running coach having formulated training and sports nutrition programs for athletes ranging from beginner to professional.
