Nutrition Tip:

of an athlete's day. It will give the body the proper
nutrients to refuel, replenish, and repair to make the next
workout better. If you are looking to improve performance,
follow these 3 steps with your recovery meal:
- 30-60 minutes post work
- 4:1 ratio of carbohydrates to protein
- Easily Digestible - The more liquid the better!
